Dark Chocolate:
Created from single-origin cocoa beans, these charming gold-foiled eggs feature a truly unique dark chocolate. The Sourdough & Sea Salt 66% Dark Chocolate is made using beans from Ecuador and is infused with the textures of crunchy toast and the rich flavours of malt and deep cocoa. This one-of-a-kind creation blends two of our signature products—dark chocolate and sourdough—into a sophisticated treat.
We use sourdough crumbs from our bakery and a hint of Halen Môn sea salt to elevate the flavour, creating a delightful contrast between the smooth, malty chocolate and the satisfying crunch of sourdough. When we first created this combination, it was, to our knowledge, the very first time a chocolate bar had been made with sourdough—a true innovation.

The coral pink eggs are made with an award-winning 44% Togo Swiss Milk chocolate, which delights with tasting notes of baked cheesecake, fudge, and a hint of nutmeg, offering a smooth and creamy texture with a hint of warmth. This is a milk chocolate experience unlike any other—perfect for those who enjoy a taste adventure in every bite.
