Goat Rodeo Goods offers bold, playful pickles and seasonings, turning surplus crops into vibrant flavours that make seasonal cooking exciting and fun. The Rodeo Disco pickles were named because of the unique and colourful mix of spices we use to flavour them, it’s a party in a jar! Full of pink peppercorns, coriander seeds, Nigella seed, mustard, dill and garlic, the Rodeo Disco pickles are delicate in flavour whilst still packing a tangy punch. Great on sandwiches, bagels, burgers, or on top of your pizza. But most importantly they are best eaten straight out of the jar.
